A Memorandum of Understanding was signed among Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, the Nippon Foundation, and JACAFA Foundation

The broadening the effective international cooperation in the field of education and science is systematically included in the agenda of the meetings organized within the framework of the visits of our esteemed President and our Hero-Arkadag and in negotiations at the governmental and intersectoral levels. The reached agreements are reinforced by signing of the relevant bilateral documents. 

In this regard, on April 15, 2025, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding among Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and Nippon Foundation and JACAFA Foundation serves as the main condition for establishing the legal basis for bilateral cooperation between the two countries and their educational establishments, providing its effectiveness and strengthening it.

The signed Memorandum marks a new stage of the cooperation in the field of education between Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and the Nippon Foundation and JACAFA Foundation the main aim of which is to achieve mutual understanding regarding Scholarship Programme for the students of the Institute.

According to the Memorandum, JACAFA and the Institute will jointly select the students to be awarded scholarships, based on the approval of the TNF.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding among Dovletmammet Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and the Nippon Foundation and JACAFA Foundation clearly demonstrates that the wide opportunities are being created for young people to receive high-quality education, engage in science, actively participate in the implementation of the large-scale reform programmes and implement their innovative initiatives and creative ideas. This in itself is an important condition for global peace, prosperity and sustainable development.
