In our country, the friendly and fraternal relations with the countries and peoples of the world, founded upon the principles of peacefulness and mutual trust that originate from millennia of history, are being raised to a qualitatively higher level in the new historical era.
In 2026— “Independent, Permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horse”, as the result of the agreements reached during the visit of our Hero-Arkadag to the People’s Republic of China and the ideas put forward at the high-level events held in our country to celebrate the 20th anniversary of cooperation in the gas sector between Turkmenistan and China, the friendly relations and cooperation between the two states have reached to a new level.
Our Hero-Arkadag emphasizes in his book “The Continuation of the Meaning of My Life: “The relations between Turkmenistan and the People’s Republic of China are distinguished by their comprehensive strategic nature, long-term durability, and their focus on the interests of the peoples of both countries and the region.” This statement clearly defines the important place occupied by Turkmen–Chinese relations, whose origins date back to the depths of history, within contemporary society.
Our country attaches great importance to international cooperation in strengthening the links between science, education, and industry, as well as in training highly qualified specialists who are masters of their profession.
